provides a guarantee that in the event the covered vehicle is stolen, not recovered for 30 days and declared a total loss by your primary insurance carrier during the guarantee period, you will receive a brand new* vehicle of the then current year (see guarantee for exact details).

Service Contracts

Direct or Reinsured Vehicle Service Contracts provided mechanical/electrical protection for new & pre-owned vehicles. All VSC programs are managed by Century Administration Company, a Southwest Dealer Services company, which offers complete policy administration, claims adjudication and underwriting for a myriad of casualty insurance products. Century Administration handles all tax structures, including Small Life, Small Casualty, Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFC) and Non-Controlled Foreign Company (NCFC) and currently manages over 100 Producer-Owned Reinsurance Companies.

• VEHICLE PROTECTION Century Service pays for the costs of parts and labor during the repair or replacement of major component parts.
• NATIONAL ACCEPTANCE Century Service Agreements are accepted by repair facilities nationwide. In the event that a network repair facility is not available, transient claims are paid by a Century Service credit card.
• RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT If you are in need of a rental vehicle during a mechanical failure, due to covered repair work, Century Service will allow rental coverage with no deductible.
• TOWING COVERAGE The Century Service plan provides for towing reimbursement when in conjunction with the repair of a covered item.
