Sales, service, follow through...Toyota of Seattle has them all. I had my first experience trading my Corolla in for a Prius, and I ended up getting back every dime I put in the Corolla.

Recently, my wife sent our other Corolla in for a series of repairs. Total cost was about $2,000. Our cost. About $100. The folks in the Service Department found ways to get the repairs paid for under our "extended" warranty. Happy? Try ecstatic! Great service, van service to and from work, and thousands in savings.

We love Toyota of Seattle! The Amazon projects might send them out of downtown, but I'll follow them anywhere. Trust these folks...they're customer centric in every way.

I had done my research beforehand and received quotes from several dealerships in the area. Dean Najarian quoted me the best price so I scheduled a time to stop by. Dean was assisting another customer when I came in so he had Debby Manny talk with me. Debby was great. She was friendly, knowledgable and in no way pressured me. They had the vehicle I wanted coming in soon so I agreed to purchase it at that price I was quoted. I didn't have to sign anything or put any money down. All it took was a handshake. I left surprised at how stress-free my experience was.

Debby kept me in the loop as to when my vehicle would hit the dealership. It took a few weeks which gave me time to come up with all kinds of questions for her. She answered all of them for me. When it finally arrived, she took pictures of it being unloaded and emailed them to me.

I picked up my new vehicle the next day. It was sitting there waiting for me all shined up and ready to go. We took care of all the paperwork and then Debby gave me a tour of my new vehicle. She even helped me set up the Bluetooth for my phone. I couldn't be happier with my new car and my experience, and would recommend Toyota of Seattle and Debby Manny to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Although I did not purchase my 1996 Tacoma from Toyota of Seattle, all of the maintenance has been handled through the dealership and I am absolutely pleased with the quality of work and commitment to customer service demonstrated by everyone. My last scheduled maintenance visit was more complex than expected due to having the catalytic converter stolen. John Parker took the extra steps to make sure additional parts were available and shipped so I would not be without the truck for an extended period of time. I was updated consistently as to the progress of the work being done by email and phone calls and that commitment to service was most appreciated. When it comes time to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle, Toyota of Seattle is the place I will go.

I recently had my 2012 Highlander serviced at Toyota of Seattle and I was extremely impressed with John Parker's (Assistant Service Manager) quality service and follow-through. There was one issue with the car that he wasn't able to immediately resolve and he promised to continue to work on it on my behalf. I put in the sunroof which is crazy awesome. I have no idea why others don't put that in. I also added a blue tooth stereo so I've got some kick-butt sound quality and can answer the phone through the car stereo.

After being bled by an Audi, I wanted the most reliable car I could find. The mechanic working on the 'last straw' Audi problem loaned me a Toyota with 260,000 miles and I was sold --the Audi would need to be towed 100,000 miles to go that far. I am usually a bit hesitant about taking a car to the dealer for service, but I have been really happy with the service here and have been taking my '07 Tundra here since I bought it.

They are prompt and the one time I had to wait, at best, an extra 30 minutes of so on an oil change they ended up comping me. First time for that ever happening.

I had some squeak in the wheel once and the mechanic and I went for a drive just so he could make sure he could hear what I heard.

I suspect I pay a little extra, but the service seems well worth it.

I bought one from your Joyce Kroeger because she was the only one of four dealerships not to try to talk me up to a more expensive car. I took my '05 Highlander in for the 85000 mile service. From stepping in the door, Jake Corpuz made this a terrific experience. He greeted me with a smile and pleasant conversation, took my key off the chain and returned my keys to me (that has never happened before), told me exactly what services they were providing and immediately called for their shuttle to return me to my office. The shuttle picked me up at precisely 5:30 as they had promised, returned me to the dealership where I met with Jake and went over the completed work order. He was very professional and should be commended for his customer service. He directed me to Mike in floor mats, waited for me to return, got my keys, brought my vehicle around and I left feeling very happy with my experience. This was the most positive experience I have had with the dealership since I began using their services 2 1/2 years ago.

I have a great car but, it's a car; unexpected (and sometimes expensive) things happen. So here's the story:

After a standard oil change I got the heads-up that there was a small leak starting in an area that I would need a repair in the near future - it would be one of those expensive repairs. No one wants to hear this sort of thing, but the fella helping me (John) was very sympathetic and promised he'd do his best to find a way to ease the cost. That helped so I decided to just do it. True to his word, he managed to shave off a chunk of change. For that alone, this would have been a great review. But....

part 2: Shortly after that repair, I started to notice that the cabin of my car smelled like exhaust.. For a while, I blamed it on the car in front of me, or on traffic, or anything I could. Finally I realized that was happening even when I wasn't in traffic. I called John and told him what was happening. He told me to bring it back in so they could have a look. Turned out one of the new gaskets was faulty and had been leaking - thus, the smell. The part was new and under warranty so John handed me the paperwork, my key and sent me away happy, yet again.

part 3: Check engine light came on 2 days after I got the car back. Of course I assumed that maybe something got bumped or needed tightening. Something related to the previous work. John looked very surprised to see me. (it's so nice to have one person that knows your story, your car's story, in a situation like this) I waited while they figured out what was going on - turned out to be more bad news. A part that measures air/fuel ratios had malfunctioned so my gas mileage was going out the window. (I drive a Prius - this issue would make it seem like I was driving a huge truck fuel-wise) I could see that he hated to tell me the price and I hated to hear it, but, again, he promised to do what he could to ease the blow. So cut to the following day - I hung out while they did the repair. (free wi-fi and nice lounging areas help with this) Eventually John comes over with the paperwork. I reach for my wallet while he starts to talk and here's what come out of his mouth.. I'll paraphrase: The part that needed to be replaced was directly under the location of the previous repairs - directly under the oil leak. The part wasn't saturated - it wasn't clear whether it had been affected by the previous issue or not - but John said he couldn't tell me with 100% certainty that it WASN'T caused by the previous issue. And since he couldn't say with certainty that it was unrelated, there would be no charge.

As you can probably tell by the length of my review, I'm not often at a loss for words but I was speechless. Well, that is, after I thanked him about 20 times.

So to summarize:
John Parker at Toyota of Seattle = fabulous!
Toyota of Seattle + John Parker = fabulous!

I've been going to Toyota of Seattle for my Toyota Tacoma for a few years now. The staff is great, but I should mention that I always work with Jay C., who has been extremely helpful. If the rest of the staff is as rad as Jay, you can't go wrong. The thing I like about this place is that they do the repairs needed, and they don't come back to me with a long list of other things that might soon need repairing, which is what happens at almost every other place I've been to. Also, it's easy to get to and central to everything (at least for me). My next truck appointment-and all future truck appointments-will be at Toyota of Seattle.

I own a 2007 Prius that had its first problem the night before Thanksgiving while we were on the WA State Ferry. The crew jump started my car and safely got me back to Seattle. It was 5:00 p.m. & I called Toyota of Seattle to help me with a quick repair of replacing the 12 volt battery that runs all electronics on this car. I spoke with Jay C, who kindly said if I could be there by 6:00 p.m. he could get my car battery replaced & on my way to Thanksgiving on Bainbridge Island. We arrived @ 5:30 p.m. & were back on the road to catch a ferry within one hour!!! WOW, what else can I say but Jay C and the staff at Toyota of Seattle are AWESOME. We had much to be thankful for, not the least of which was this experience.

First appointment at Toyota of Seattle and it was great. I read reviews for most of the local dealerships and this one is closest to my house and seemed to have the best marks, so I made my appointment. Online scheduling was easy. I was taking my car in for an oil change, transmission fluid change and recall notice repair. I was told that it'd be about 2-2.5 hours until I was ready to go and just over an hour and a half later, the super friendly guy that checked me in came to tell me I was ready to go! Complimentary 23-point inspection was done too! Any business that gives me friendly service, under promises and over delivers, and does quality work gets my vote! I'll be back!

My last visit to Toyota of Seattle really exemplifies what a great company they are and how much they appreciate their customers.

I was scheduled to bring my Camry in at 12pm and I was planning on waiting for it. I ended up at the dealership over an hour early. I asked them if they could get me in early and they explained that, since I was waiting for the car, they wouldn't be able to get me in early. It turns out, for those of use who wait for our cars, they limit themselves to one car an hour. I couldn't complain about that so I wandered down the street to get some coffee.

I got back, sat down, logged in and a few minutes later my service rep walks over and tells me my car is done. He explained that they were able to squeeze me in, so they did. I drove away at 12pm, the time I was supposed to drop the car off. Very cool!

Toyota of Seattle has always done great work for me and they don't try to "up sell" me on services like other dealers have done in the past. I am a happy customer; and that is a rare thing to say about a any dealership.

I purchased my Scion xA there over a year ago, and I've been getting regular service there since. I've always had good experiences (Kaitlyn Brown is always awesome and willing to help). Today I came in to have my front brakes and driving belt replaced. I was prepared to wait 2 hours to have it done as was quoted to me, and had indicated offhand I had an appointment to get to at 2 p.m., but we had plenty of time. I come back 45 minutes later and the gentleman helping me, John Parker, says it's ready. Not only that, he applied a 15% coupon going on to my services that saved me $75. It seems like a small thing, but having to dish out $500 when you weren't prepared stinks, and he went the extra mile to not only make sure my car was taken care of speedily, but also understood the importance of savings for a customer. I know people always say never to go to a dealer for service because it's overpriced, but this has not been my experience at Toyota. Beyond that, the customer service has been impeccable. Thank you, and when I'm ready to buy a new car, I will be back.

After reading all the awful reviews about all the local Toyota dealerships, it was pretty much a crap shoot in choosing to come here for my 5000 mile maintenance.

I pretty much held my breath upon entering this place. To my surprise, though, and unless an oil gasket goes a leaking after a couple of months (which has happened to me), I was absolutely 100% satisfied with my experience here.

I called to make an appointment. Got great phone service. Brought my truck in in the a.m. Got the good reception and overall vibes from "Alex". He offered up the lounge area, coffee, free wifi, and a shuttle to work. I only had to walk a couple blocks to work.

I picked up my truck after work. Done.

No trying to sell me anything on top of my service. No trying to fix imaginary broken things. The dealership doesn't do complimentary car washes due to the strict drainage laws in the city, but I got a discount coupon for a wash at the Brown Bear instead.

I'll be back in here in 6 months for sure!

They have really turned things around in the Service Department over the past year. I was thinking I would take my car elsewhere (even though I bought the prepaid maintenance plan), and now I feel the opposite. The Service Manager from years past is gone, and the new Service Manager, John Parker, is the best I've ever worked with. What a difference one person can make.

I was unfortunate enough to have the brakes on my Prius give out on a rainy Seattle day last October and got in a fender bender. Ironically enough, I'd reported issues with my brakes at my service visit 6 months earlier, and the service dept said they couldn't repro it. Then after the fender bender, they were able to repro it and replaced the ABS skid module, which was covered under warranty. When I asked about repairing the body damage, the Service Manager referred me to the claims dept at Toyota Corporate.

After all the bad press about the Prius brakes, I thought it would be a no-brainer. Unfortunately, because Toyota of Seattle did not leave the car in its original condition, Toyota Corporate said they could not conduct their inspection and rejected my claim, leaving me with $2k in body damage because the Service Manager didn't follow Toyota's own rules. After getting the run around for 3 months and getting stuck in the middle between Toyota Corporate and Toyota of Seattle, I finally landed into the capable hands of John Parker and everything changed. He single-handedly took ownership of the issue when everyone else kept passing the buck. He gathered all the information, followed up with Toyota Corporate himself, and then took immediate action. His customer service is unparalleled, and now the whole tone in the service dept has risen to the same level.

So while I sworn off returning to Toyota of Seattle, I am now a loyal fan. :)

This was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. I was in a car accident on Wednesday 9/26/12 with a total loss of my vehicle. Browsing online, I was nervous about how I would come up with a down payment and afford a new vehicle. I sent an inquiry into Seattle Toyota and within minutes received an email and phone call from the sales rep Dean N. Not only was Dean nice he asked me questions about myself and was genuinely interested in learning about me and how he could best suit my needs. He let me know of all financing options available, including a really cool rebate offer! There was no hassle, whatsoever. He was polite, kind, and overall just a great guy! I chose the first car I test drove--it totally made the whole accident experience seem like nothing. If you are in the market for a great car, please go and see Toyota of Seattle--especially Dean!

The service of Toyota of Seattle is great! I strongly recommend Joyce Kroeger. I searched RAV4 online and noticed there is a 2011 RAV4 in the store. I wanted to know more details but it was very late (around 9:00 PM). Actually I didn't expect any persons would reply by IM questions. To my surprise, Joyce replied quickly and she answered every question in detail one by one. The next day, she sent another e-mail to me for questions follow-up.

After I bought this car, Joyce also helped logistic issues using her personal time. The store is far from my home. It is because Joyce's customer centric spirit makes me buy the car from this store.

I bought a new 2003 Toyota Tacoma here. I have had all repairs and maintenance done at this dealership. The work is good. The customer service is good. I love the courtesy shuttle. They used to wash my truck after performing any kind of service; then one day they stopped. The next couple times they contacted me to get feedback about their service, I mentioned missing the car wash. The next thing I knew, they sent me a coupon in the mail for a free Brown Bear car wash. Now, they give everyone a Brown Bear car wash coupon after each service. Toyota of Seattle values its customers.

I drive my Prius for business so I need a reputable and honest repair shop. I've had small issues with the Prius (light bulbs, new tires, basic maintenance etc) but in seven years not one complaint about how my car was serviced or my interaction with the service staff. Once I fussed about something and my call was returned promptly by the service manager. I have other places to take my car, but prefer the reliable staff at Toyota of Seattle.

I am on a road trip from LA to Victoria, Canada and my 2008 Prius showed "maintainence required" on my dashboard. I called Toyota of Seattle and made an appointment for the following day. I showed up and the receptionist was very friendly and we engaged in small talk for a bit. My 25,000 mile maintainence check took about 2 hours. He explained how they were very today. I paid the set $80.65 and he explained to me how my air filter was a bit dirty but will be covered in the 30,000 mile check up so I didn't need to change it now. He talked about the my tires being a bit worn down but fine and the brakes bent in excellent condition. This was my first time getting a maintainence check as I had bought this car only a week ago. I didn't know what to expect but I was very pleased with the friendly and prompt service. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy the comfortable sofa chairs and the free coffee and water.

Have an '83 4Runner. Rear window wouldn't roll up on the left side at 5:45pm on a Saturday night. I needed to get it closed as I park on the street. Rushed to Toyota and got there 15 minutes after they had closed. I saw someone still in there and I got their attention. They were super nice and helpful. They even put my car in the shop so it would be secure. Due to my partner being out of town and some complications regarding getting the part due to the age of the car, I asked them if they could secure the window closed so that my partner could talk to them and deal with it when he got back. They managed to do this for me and they didn't charge me for doing it!!! My contact was John Parker, who was very helpful, informative and accommodating. We have always been happy with the service at Toyota, but this time it was really super!

I recently bought a new Toyota 2012 Rav4 (in another state) and brought it to Toyota of Seattle for its first routine maintenance check. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days, and it took an even shorter time than they thought it would. I was happy because I hadn't put the front license plate on, and they asked me if I would like them to put it on even before I had to ask. The only thing they didn't do on the routine maintenance was check the spare tire. Overall, a great experience!

I am surprised at how great my experience was at a car dealership! I think it has to do with the great staff that they have working there. I contacted Toyota via email to inquire about trading in my 2010 Yaris for a pre-owned RAV4. Debbie Manny responded immediately and quickly identified vehicles that were in my budget and had just arrived to the dealership that day. When I went to Toyota to meet Debby and test drive the vehicles, I did not expect to buy the car that day. But Debby's assistance, patience, and knowledge helped me to make a decision. She really went the extra mile. Since the car had just arrived (we test drove it before detailing) on a Friday, she requested detailing so we could pick up the car Saturday. Although they don't typically detail the cars on Saturday, the Toyota staff went the extra mile and did a beautiful job detailing the car before our pick up. I also worked with Desmond, setting up my contract and loan. He was very patient and helpful and walked me through the details of my financial arrangement. He even agreed to hold off depositing for two weeks, enough time for me to deposit my down payment into my account.

The bottom line: I got a great trade in on my Yaris, a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle in mint condition, impeccable service and expertise from all staff involved. I highly recommend Debby Manny, Desmond L., and Toyota of Seattle for purchasing a car. They will work with you and your budget to set you up with the car you want.

I've been servicing my 1997 Rav4 with this place for years, and they've always provided good, prompt service. I had them do both larger repairs (an oil leak, a transmission fluid leak) and routine maintenance and everything they fixed pretty much stayed fixed -- I think they deserve some of the credit for my car lasting such a long time. Just recently I bought a new car from the dealership, and I had a good experience there too. I was prepared to haggle over price and options, and to quote the dealer invoice price from various websites, and to resist their offers to sell useless high-priced add-on options, and to stay focused despite efforts to get me to buy some car, any car as long as it was from them. Instead, they were completely open about what they were making off the sale (it matched my research, so I don't think it was just a ploy) they didn't try to sell me on any "special" options, and they were actually very helpful in educating me about what cars were most likely to meet our needs and which ones were not at all likely to work for us. I really got the impression that they were working to help their customers rather than take advantage of them.

My last service/repair took about 2 weeks due to an insurance company and third party company being involved in the payment. I always bring my 2005 RAV Toyota in for service - excellent deals for oil changes - and even better when I have a coupon (they send them in the mail often and via email once in a while). My service, when needed, has been reasonably priced. I haven't needed any major service - just new brakes after 7 years. I feel that they are honest and practical with their service pricing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Toyota. I purchased my car out of state so don't know anything about the sales department here, but definitely recommend using service and parts.

I recently bought a new Corolla from them and my salesperson was Joyce. I was initially confused as to which car to buy but she helped me finalizing my decision taking into consideration my needs and finances and she gave me a good deal on my car too. I was also impressed by their financial division who helped me get a loan at a very low rate of interest even though there were a few hassles initially but i really liked the way they handled it so nicely. The Service Department at Toyota of Seattle is outstanding. Jay, and when he is out Kate, help us keep the 2000 Avalon we provide for our daughter safe and well performing. While not cheap, they do an excellent job and do not force you to do anything you do not need. Last visit, I did not understand the repair they recommended, so Jay e-mailed me a description of the part and why the repair was needed. Also, they have very efficient and pleasant service van drivers.

Almost the only opportunity for improvement would be a larger Customer waiting area with some space more free of the television.

Toyota of Seattle has provided very good service for my 2005 Sienna. They are polite, knowledgeable, and good about explaining repairs or maintenance issues if you ask. They are good about informing you of work to be done and the costs before they do the work. They're good about telling you when the work will be done and then getting it done by then. They will provide you shuttle service if you don't want to wait. Their waiting room has wi-fi and a large-screen TV and is reasonably comfortable. They are probably not the cheapest place to get work done, but I have found them to be really good to deal with. They do listen to the customer and are very good about responding to any issues.

I took my car in for an oil change and also to get a new key and fob made. Jake took care of me and really went the extra mile to make sure my car was done for me within my window of availability. It was the first time that I took my Solara to the dealership for an oil change (my mechanic shop closed down), and it wasn't the cheapest deal--but I will say that I felt assured that more checks were done (tires, brakes) which is very significant to me and my safety, so overall it was a good value.

Also, I like how at Toyota of Seattle it seems there's always someone to greet me, and always a friendly face waiting to assist me. Thanks for a great experience--I'll be back!

We bought a new Prius yesterday evening, walking in, meeting the sales pro Jeff Dunn and deciding on a car on the lot in a short time. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the differences between our 2,005 Prius and the new models. The whole process was painless. We quickly agreed on a price, and the finance person supplied the temp registration and license in a short time. No pressure to buy additional features (in fact its hard to know what they would be given Toyota's standard packages. Total time we spent was less than two hours. My wife drove away delighted with a new car.

The bare facts: Traded in my '08 Tacoma Access cab w/Sport Pkg for a new '12 Tacoma Double Cab w/Sport Pkg. Used Consumer Reports Build and Buy service to locate the vehicle. Chris Stompoloy was the salesman who contacted me via telephone; referred to Jeremy Potter, sales manager. Eric (will fill in the last name when I get the business card out of my new truck) finalized the sale the next day when I went to the dealership.

Upsides: Deal closed 1hr 20 mins after I walked in the door. That has to be some kind of record. Also, absolutely no "dealer pack" upsell from the F&I officer. Got a great trade-in value for my old truck. Got the price, interest rate and monthly payment that I wanted.

Downsides: Stompoloy sent a PDF of the sticker of the vehicle in advance; however the vehicle I was shown when I got there was not the same (identical in all aspects except color). *This did not really matter to me in the end* although it did place a doubt in my mind that kinda bugged me for a while after the sale.

There was absolutely no hardsell, which I'm sure was because I had done my due diligence beforehand with Consumer Reports, Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds, and also because I financed my last vehicle through Toyota Financial.

As someone who has never bought from a dealership, I was nervous about the experience and they helped me feel comfortable with it every step of the way and were willing to work with me when I had concerns.

I have a Lexus IS250, I brought it in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Also it was making a very eerie sound. It turned out that I need a new water pump which was $800. They did a great job replacing it, and performing the other service.

I have had my Toyota Highlander Hybrid for about a month and I cannot say enough about how great this rig is to drive! Debby Manny was fantastic to work with, funny, smart and knowledgeable. I am getting 28 -29 miles per gallon, it rides like a dream and incredibly comfortable to be in. I bought my Venza at Toyota of Seattle in 2009 and have had it serviced there ever since. They have been perfect. They were quick to come to a market price for the car and my trade - in. their service dept has been great as well (I purchased the prepaid maintenance and so ever 5,000 miles it gets serviced and any warranty work or recall work gets done then too). I've never paid a penny since I bought it. they also have 2 shuttle vans, so you don't have to wait too long and they bring you back too. The Venza runs great and the dealership has been all i could ask for!

While I didn't buy my Matrix from these guys I have all the service done at the Downtown store. The staff is friendly, I don't feel like they try to upsell me on service I don't need, I love the shuttle service that takes me to work and picks me up and when I car completely stopped working for no reason they merely replaced a computer chip for free and I was on my way in about 3 hours. Staff turnover seems to be low which must speak to the fact that's is a good place to work. I'll buy my next Toyota from them.

Four years ago, we bought our Prius from these folks (a great experience) and have been taking it back for all its service. Every service call has been efficient, prompt, friendly, fairly priced, and often exemplary in service staff going above and beyond. Yesterday was a good example: John took extra steps to make sure the car was ready to go and provide additional information. Usually, we are more "independent mechanic" folks than "dealer" folks, but we [heart] Toyota of Seattle!

I just bought a Tacoma from these guys. The salesman, Chris, was very knowledgable, professional, and no pressure. He treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and found me the truck I wanted, even though it was not on their lot. They did a "dealer trade" to get the one I wanted, and gave me no complaints about that, nor did they try to charge me for that. Another dealer wanted to charge me $450 to do a "dealer trade" when they didn't have the options I wanted on their lot, but not these guys. They also do not have a "second sticker" or "dealer sticker," but stick with the MSRP, and negotiate from there. I had shopped around and looked at other dealers, and had to deal with the sales "sharks" at those other places, but I experienced none of that dark side of car sales with Toyota of Seattle. They also gave me a surprisingly good deal on my trade-in, as much as I would have been able to get if I sold it privately, and more than Kelley Blue Book or Edmunds said was its value. I would recommend salesman Chris Stompoly to anyone. They made the process of car buying pain free. Altogether, a very professional operation that treats the customer with respect.

Service Review. I bought my Highlander here 4 years ago and have taken it back for most of the servicing needs since then. The reps have always been courteous and responsive. Since I live at some distance, I always need to wait for the car, and almost always the servicing has been completed faster than expected. As far as I can tell, they've never tried to push a service that wasn't needed. Their prices are fairly high, but when I took it to another Toyota dealer, the price was higher. And when I've taken it to local garages, the service wasn't as complete, regardless of the price. So I keep driving back here, even though the traffic is a pain.

For the past ten years, I've been bringing our Toyota cars, Camry and Prius, to Toyota of Seattle for service. In addition, I bought our second Camry and our Prius there. I've always been pleased with my experiences, both in car buying and in service. This past January I brought our Prius in for replacement of a headlight. That was expensive, but I expected that. Last week the new headlight stopped working. I brought the car back. It turned out the problem was not the three month old bulb but a wiring connection. The service technician went through a lot of trouble to figure this out and some sort of charge would have been reasonable. But there was no charge. And I got a free car wash in addition.

I like bringing my car to Toyota of Seattle (which is where I purchased it) because there's never a hassle about scheduling service. It is fast & easy and they are always accommodating. Whenever there's a question about some possible issue, they always call to let me know what the problem is (if any) and how much it would cost to fix it so I can choose whether or not to address it while it's there. They also have a great shuttle service, too. I trust TOS because I've always gotten great service for a reasonable price and it's fast, friendly and easy - what could be better?

I love my Prius and the only place I'd take it for service is Toyota of Seattle. it's downtown Seattle location is personally very convenient for me, and i really depend on the wonderful and prompt shuttle service to my home or work. However, if there's a single reason i keep coming back it's Chad Dobbs the Assistant Service Manager. His level of technical expertise and knowledge coupled with his his naturally warm and reassuring approach to good customer service has me talking with all my friends about Toyota of Seattle's Service Department. When there's a problem with my car, which is rare . . . it's a Prius after all . . . . Chad is quick to trouble shoot it, and he gives me . . . and my car . . . prompt and efficient attention. His guestimate about the problem and what it's going to cost me has been right on target every time. And those costs have been reasonable and frankly low. The whole team at Toyota of Seattle is great!! To a person they all go the extra mile to welcome people personally and take care of them efficiently. The car is always ready for me to pick up before i've even missed it. I actually look forward to my visits to Toyota of Seattle for my routine service appointments. Well done. Thank you guys for the great service John Parker has provided. He went to bat for me and managed to convince Corporate to help out on fixing a common problem with the ’05 sequoia rear window motor assembly that we experienced. I tried over a year ago to get help with this issue through Lake City Toyota but struck out. John managed to negotiate a fix for us that was more than fair for us and resolved the problem. We are a new customer with no history at your dealership but he still stepped up to help us. We are definitely a customer now and will refer anyone we know who needs service to you.

I’ve had work done on two of our other vehicles prior to the work on the Sequoia and John was great even while he was dealing with problems/issues with other clients that must have been challenging. He maintained his professionalism and calm demeanor and took care of his clients. He is an asset to your dealership.

I would like to take a moment of your time to tell you what a great employee you have in Rhonda Dorian. Rhonda called me after I purchased my vehicle, concerned that I was not pleased with my purchase. I was taken back by her concern because I told her I completed the telephonic survey and the on line survey and I thought I gave a great review of her and the experience I had of Toyota of Seattle.

To begin with, let me give you a little background of myself. I have never bought a new car and I had no idea what to expect. I am entering a new chapter in my life due to a divorce after 24 years of marriage. During that time, my husband and I only bought three used cars, never a new one. In 2005 I was in a terrible car accident and our car was totaled. We went looking for a replacement vehicle and I had a dreadful experience. At one dealership, the sales person actually made me cry and while at another I felt pressure when we were looking at a car and a different sales person came up to us and asked for the car keys because they want to show the car to someone else. There was no way I wanted to deal with the games and everything else that goes with buying a car. Been there, done that, and didn’t want anything to do with it. That is where Rhonda came in and helped.

My brother-in-law, Steve, was talking to me and he encouraged me to look at buying a new car. He had had several conversations with Rhonda and she told him she would take care of me, and that she did. She helped me find the car I was looking for and she made sure it happened. She had many phone calls to Steve and myself. When it came time to come in to Toyota of Seattle, I was really apprehensive about coming alone without “moral support”. I had never bought a car by myself. Rhonda did in fact take care of me. She explained everything and had a ton of patience while answering a zillion questions I had for her. Physically, I don’t do well under pressure due to MS and she made sure that things went well.

Rhonda is a great sales person and she really cares for her customers. I had never experienced this before and I was very grateful for her. If it were not for her, I don’t believe I would have bought a car from Toyota of Seattle. I would have shopped at a facility closer to home. However, because she made me feel important and that what I wanted mattered, it was well worth the drive to Seattle. Rhonda deserves to be recognized for all her hard work and dedication. You have a very competent and compassionate salesperson and I just want you to know how valuable to the company she is.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received this last Tuesday. My request was handled expediently and with courtesy, the car was looked after that same day and when I picked up the car I couldn't believe my eyes. This is the first time I have ever received an invoice from a car repair shop with only zeros. I know you were also taking care of the recall service. Once again, thank you. I wanted to give an appreciation for one of your staff, Kaitlyn was very welcoming. She arranged to get the hood air filter changed. When the service guy was replacing the engine filter he noticed that the filter behind the glove box also needed to be changed. The bill had been closed already so she went to parts and got the filter. Nice interaction between her and the parts guy. She brought it out and got it installed. The whole thing took less than ten minutes. Very good service indeed.

Last Friday on our way through Seattle in a driving rainstorm, just south of Seattle our windshield wiper broke and fell off to the left side leaving me almost blind in the downpour. We pulled of on the 6th AVE south off ramp and I got out to check it. Couldn’t see how to fix it and went on internet to get closest Toyota dealer's address which was yours. On arriving at dealership the service department quickly came out and took a look. Seemed very likely it was broke and you might not have the part but got a mechanic to look check. Shortly he returned with a socket wrench and voila, after tightening it down the wiper was fixed. How much? Nothing and have a good trip. Unbelievable. Service like the old days. Off we continued in our Highlander thinking pleasant thoughts about Toyota of Seattle. Thanks to all your staff.

I hate buying cars, but I love Rhonda at Toyota of Seattle. I over think and over research everything, but Rhonda was happy to see me every time I came in to test drive a car, listened to what I was interested in, and NEVER tried to up-sell me. She knows and loves her cars. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me get a price that was fair without too much hassle. She treated me with respect and honesty which I have never experienced from another car salesman. I bought my car from Toyota of Seattle because of Rhonda -- in fact I think I bought a TOYOTA because of Rhonda! I would encourage everyone, especially women, to ask for her when looking to buy a car.

I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago at a dealership in Tacoma. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and, honestly, they left a sour taste in my mouth. The dealer was friendly, but impersonal and made no attempts to get to know me or determine my needs. The gentlemen who helped me with financing clearly sensed that I was a new to the car-buying game and, ultimately, I feel I was taken advantage of. I sat at the dealership for over 5 hours hammering out the details of my purchase. While I am happy with my car, I was certainly less than impressed with the people I worked with. Additionally, when I had questions about my purchase or issues with the car, it took weeks to get answers.

I can safely say that I had quite the opposite experience working with Rhonda. Rhonda made herself available at all hours of the day. She understood that I had a family and an a-typical situation (my husband was in Iraq) and that I did not have the luxury of coming to the dealership. She helped me via phone and email and informed me of the military discount, which I had no idea about. Rhonda took the time to get to know me and my family's needs. She was so nice and personable and made the process so smooth and easy. We arrived at the dealership at 10am and left with our new car before noon. She even held our 7 month old so we could talk to the finance guy and sign all of the paperwork.

Ultimately, we ended up spending a little bit more than we had planned, but both my husband and I feel that we got the car we needed (he loves it) at a price we could be comfortable with. I am pleased with the experience we had with Rhonda and would feel 100% comfortable sending friends and family to her for their vehicle needs.

So before my big camping weekend, I needed my headlight in my little Yaris changed and also the oil changed. I called down to the Toyota of Seattle, and they said I could come in anytime to get the headlight replaced, but they were booked solid and couldn't change my oil. 'bummer, I'll have to make two trips',' I thought. At 4:30 on a Friday night, I arrive at TofS and inquire about the headlight. The nice man helping me, Minh said it would be no problem, and I also asked him a couple of questions about my car- what type of oil it needed, how good my tires looked, tranny fluid etc. He was very honest about when these things needed to be done. He did not try to do extra work or upsell me. This was SO great. Then he offered to change the oil as well, so I didn't have to make two trips. (even though they were obviously busy, and it was late on a Friday night). 45 min later, I’m good to go. I also got a free car wash at Brown Bear. Cool!

I have had my truck serviced by your department since I bought it and will continue to do so. I am no mechanic, so I can't really say much about what is done under the hood - but I can say there have been zero complaints, mechanically-speaking, with the truck. Your front staff has been very professional and timely. Kiernan was very helpful on the last visit. I had to have a couple extra items serviced and he noted that they would be done for no extra charge. He didn't have to do that as I was prepared to pay extra for the service - but it has given me a high degree of trust in your department. Keep up the good work and see you in 5,000 miles.

Bravo to your dealership. Buying a car, with all the haggling, mark-ups and un-needed services made me dread ever wanting to buy a car. Your dealership had none of that! You gave me a fair price up front and if I didn't want something, there was no hard sell. I got a fair price for my trade. I love my new car. I will be back next time I need to buy another car. If anyone asks me where they should go to buy a Honda (or Toyota) I will send them to you.

Dear Brad,
I wanted to express my appreciation to your excellent staff at Toyota of Seattle. Last Saturday, I did some research for a new car to replace my Volvo S70 sedan, which had been badly damaged in a car accident. I consulted Consumers Reports, 2009 annual auto edition, and was delighted to learn that the Toyota Corolla and Camry were high on its top list of best performing cars. I contacted your dealership because my wife and I purchased our 1997 RAV 4 here twelve years ago. My first car was a 1969 Toyota Corona, and I have always had a fondness for the Toyota brand ever since.

I wanted especially to commend Dean Najarian, sales and leasing consultant, who gave me a very thorough and helpful explanation of the Toyota Camry [Hybrid], which I purchased on Saturday. Dean patiently answered all of my questions, and provided me with very detailed information regarding my primary concerns: safety, fuel economy, and reliability. Dean also did an excellent job in explaining all the technological innovations that Toyota has engineered. He went the extra mile to point out other features about the Camry's performance and provided additional helpful information during my test drive.

In all my previous experience with car sales consultants, Dean Najarian is by far the most courteous and professional representative that I've had the pleasure to work with. I also wanted to commend Buck Meyers, Arion Thompson, and Lin Loya who were exceptionally helpful to me. Buck was very patient and walked me through all the documentation for the Camry purchase. Arion explained the financial details in a way that was easy to understand. And Lin Loya was exceptionally courteous as was the rest of your team. Having worked as a sales and marketing professional for Thai Airways International, Ltd., and other for-profit and nonprofit organizations, I am acutely aware of how important customer satisfaction is for developing brand loyalty. If your Seattle team is any reflection of the Toyota brand as a whole, I think your company has ample reason to be proud.

I have already shared my positive experience at your Toyota dealership with my family and friends in Seattle. Please know again of my appreciation and gratitude for your very able and professional team at Toyota of Seattle. And continue the good work.

I recently purchased a Toyota FJ. I stopped in at your dealership and purchased some new light bulbs and I asked Kieran for a hand installing them. He didn't give it a second thought, he went out and installed them for me. That may sound like a small task, but it's the "no job too small" that impressed me. I have worked in customer service for many years and I believe in going the extra mile for my clients! It's little things like that, that made me a loyal customer of Carter VW since 2000. I have purchased 3 new cars through them, referred another 4 who all purchased new cars and a few who purchased used cars through them. The product is only part of the experience, the customer service in my opinion is far more important that the product. I still rave about Carter and their service! They simply didn't have the car I wanted for SCUBA diving and snow skiing. But the level of service that I received from Kieran, will keep me coming back for more and (I have a big mouth! :) so if anyone asks where to purchase or have a Toyota serviced, I will point them in your direction! Keep up the great work and kudos to Kieran!
