Honda & Toyota of Seattle is hiring! We are currently seeking an experienced Car Biller with a strong understanding of dealership accounting processes. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced office environment with room for professional growth.

Position Summary:

The Billing Clerk is responsible for accurately posting deals to the accounting system, verifying all revenue, gross, receivables, payables, and ensuring all supporting documents are complete and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
Review incoming deals for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on missing or incorrect paperwork
Post finalized deals into the accounting system
Track deal funding and reconcile relevant schedules
Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles
File and organize deal documents
Support relocation prep as needed
Communicate deal-related issues to team leads

Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in dealership billing (required)
Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK experience preferred)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and professional with a positive attitude

Compensation:
$22.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Lot Attendant

We’re hiring for Lot and Wash Bay Attendant at Honda and Toyota of Seattle.

Responsibilities:
Staging our vehicles for sale, including washing, interior cleaning, and wipe down.

The primary functions of the position is to make sure that all the cars on the lots are clean and ready to be viewed by customers, you will run errands for the sales department, make sure that the showroom cars are clean, wash and vacuum vehicle's as needed, deliver/trade cars as needed with other dealerships, and general facility maintenance including emptying garbage cans and maintaining the parking lots.

  • While performing the duties to this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and legs at all times.
